She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Chowan University in 1999 and her MBA from Averett University in 2002. Prior to joining FasTax, Neely worked in higher education, where she gained experience in program coordination and faculty management.
Neely works closely with individuals and small business owners to reduce tax burdens, maximize retirement strategies, and create long-term financial stability.

Beyond his professional work, Frank enjoys ballroom dancing, golfing, and spending time with his two children and three grandchildren. He remains actively involved in the local community while continuing to help clients achieve long-term financial success.

She specializes in individual tax returns with a focus on investments, sole proprietorships, rental properties, and multiple streams of income.
